Yesterday I photographed the wedding of Helen and Greg at Waterhall, which is part of Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery. It was the first wedding to be held at this beautiful Victorian and Edwardian building, and I hope to return because it’s such a great venue to work at.
After the wedding ceremony and drink reception we headed outside for some photos around Victoria Square. Passers-by were quick to congratulate Helen and Greg and I captured some lovely moments of the two of them enjoying some time together.
Hosting a wedding amongst all the amazing art works takes a lot of beating. The warm colours in the grand surroundings of the Round Room made the pictures even more romantic. I especially like the photos of Helen and Greg taken upstairs in the industrial gallery, before heading downstairs for the wedding breakfast.
Here are a few of my favourite photos from their wedding day.
