Wedding photography at “The Bond” is always fun! I returned to The Bond, Digbeth in Fazeley Street, Birmingham, recently to photograph the summer wedding of Lorna and Ciaran.
The day began at the Jewellery Suites in the jewellery quarter. I arrived early to take pictures of Lorna and her family getting ready. The atmosphere was relaxed, and afterwards, we all head off to St Joseph and Helen’s Church in Kings Norton where Lorna and Ciaran got married.
After the wedding ceremony, we all meet up again at The Bond, Digbeth in Fazeley Street for the wedding reception and “big party”!
Later in the day, I captured some great photos of the guests having fun during the wedding reception. Family and friends enjoyed outdoor drinks, sweet desserts, pastries, and a bouncy castle for the kids. Although, the adults were having most of the fun!
I especially love the photos I took of Lorna and Ciaran set against the backdrop of the derelict buildings during some time out. It was nice and quiet, so this happy couple enjoyed some quality time together. Wonderful!
