Little Hereford Summer Fete | Fuji Superia 200
I’ve visited this country fete a few times in recent years and every time I wish I had taken my camera. It’s so quintessentially British, and always reminds me of an event the English photographer Martin Parr would enjoy photographing. There were so many interesting characters, events and stalls to photograph.
For those interested, all photos were shot using the Contax G2 and Zeiss Biogon 28mm f/2.8 lens, on Fuji Superia 200 colour film (photos 1-41) and Kodak ColorPlus 200 (photos 42-54). Linear raw tiff scans were made using VueScan and the Minolta DiMAGE Scan Elite 5400 film scanner, and converted with CNMY. Small tonal and exposure adjustments were made in Adobe Camera Raw.
