I have had the privilege of photographing numerous social events at the House of Lords (see below for a previous testimonial).
On this occasion, I overlooked the fact that Donald Trump was also visiting the capital. I was soon made aware of his visit when I stepped out of Westminster tube station into a massive crowd of angry protestors. So, I quickly made my way to Westminster Hall, where delegates and dignitaries were congregating outside.
After a tour of the Palace of Westminster, we all headed off to the Cholmondeley Room for dinner and speeches. Everyone was in high spirits, and I captured some wonderful photos of the host (e.g., Lord Witley) and his many guests (such as Lord Cashman).
As the Patron of the Complementary Therapies Unit at the Christie Hospital NHS Trust Manchester, I am writing to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for all your kindness and superb expertise, on the 2 occasions you have been kind enough to be the official photographer for our events in the Cholmondeley rooms at the House of Lords.
I can say on behalf of all the dignitaries and guests who attended the House of Lord’s receptions. That your photographic coverage of the event was without exception truly excellent and professional.
I would have no hesitation in asking you to cover future events on my behalf. And as you know, you have already been kind enough to agree to be the official photographer in the next year, for a very high profile reception I am presently arranging.
Once again Paul very many thanks to you and your staff.Aaron Kenneth Ward-Atherton
