It was nice to be back at a familiar venue. In fact, one of my very first jobs as a wedding photographer was at Hatton Village Hall. This time it was for Emily and Owen.
The day began at The Falcon Pub just up the road from the village hall, where I met Emily and her bridesmaids getting ready.
Afterward, I headed off to Hatton Village Hall to take photos of Owen and his groomsmen. They were indoors blowing up balloons and decorating the hall. Next, we moved into the hall where Owen waited anxiously for Emily to arrive.
When the wedding ceremony was over, I enjoyed taking Emily and Owen across the fields nearby to take some wonderful candid/relaxed photos. I really like these.
I am especially grateful to Emily and Owen for mentioning during the speeches that it was my Birthday. Thank you! A really great crowd!
Later in the evening during the wedding reception party, family and friends put on an amazing display of circle dancing (Hora). It was a wonderful day, and I captured many great pictures.
