Yesterday was the first of two Christmas weddings that I’m lucky to capture this year. Frances and Tom got married at Compton Verney although the day began at Walton Hall where Frances and her two bridesmaids got ready before heading off to the country mansion and art gallery where I met Tom and the rest of the guests. The weather was glorious and the light was magical. I’m delighted with the pictures I took – the colours are wonderful. Holding a wedding reception in an art gallery was a great idea, especially near Christmas, as the atmosphere was just that little bit more magical! Have a great honeymoon – and Merry Christmas all!
